Working with locally sourced, seasonal ingredients, youll support the brigade in producing beautifully crafted dishes that celebrate the best of British cuisine with a modern edge. Your Responsibilities Run a designated section of the kitchen with confidence and consistency
Prepare dishes to the highest standard, maintaining excellent presentation and flavour
Collaborate with the Head Chef and wider team to develop and refine menus
Uphold health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times
Mentor junior chefs and support the smooth day-to-day operation of the kitchen
About You Experience as a Chef de Partie or a strong Commis ready to step up
A passion for seasonal, locally sourced produce
