The Chef de Partie
Previous experience as a Chef de Partie in reputable establishments is recommended. You will need to be passionate about working with the freshest seasonal produce. Everything is made in-house, utilising ingredients from select local suppliers, which are showcased through regularly changing menus and specials.
An inspiring team player who will develop themselves and help a team of Chefs, working between different sections. Your organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail will be vital in maintaining excellence.
Proficient training in Food Safety, Risk Assessments, Health & Safety and HACCP.
