About the Role: As Chef de Partie, you will work collaboratively with the wider kitchen team to manage food production and ensure the delivery of high-quality meals in line with brand standards. A key focus will be minimising food waste, maintaining stock levels, and ensuring food hygiene standards are met. Key Responsibilities: Deliver a high-quality lunch service in a clean and professional manner Prepare mise en place and manage your designated section Build and follow a production plan, tracking and reducing waste Support monthly stocktakes for your area Highlight stock or ordering needs to the Senior Chef Ensure compliance with food hygiene and health & safety regulations Set up and break down the lunch service efficiently
