Chef De P artie - Live in required in the lake district for a hotel working under a Sous chef and head Chef. The hotel is cooking fresh ingredients, using fresh produce some from its own kitchen garden. Are you a chef de partie who enjoys fresh food, chef de partie £30k, live in available.
The role As a chef de partie to run a section in the kitchen, you will prep your section and ensure it ready for service. in service you will cook dishes from your section, ensure its all of a high standard. This role will include all the normal Chef de partie duties.
Experience We are looking for a chef de partie with a fresh food background and good knife skills at chef de partie level.
