You will be responsible for managing your own section, ensuring the highest standards of food quality and presentation. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and cook dishes to the highest standards. Manage and oversee your section, ensuring smooth operation. Collaborate with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to develop new menu items. Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment. Adhere to all health and safety regulations. Requirements: Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role. Culinary qualification preferred. Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and food safety standards. Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
