Chef de Partie Responsibilities:
Running and maintaining your designated section during service
Preparing and presenting dishes to a consistently high standard
Supporting senior chefs with menu development and seasonal changes
Ensuring food safety and cleanliness standards are always upheld
Assisting with stock control and minimising wastage
Contributing to a professional, motivated, and supportive kitchen environment
