The Role: As Chef de Partie, youll play a key role in delivering fresh, seasonal food for a fast-paced retail offering. Working as part of a professional kitchen team, youll take ownership of your section, ensuring consistency, quality, and efficiency throughout service. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and present high-quality dishes for a retail/café-style service Manage your section and support junior team members Maintain excellent food hygiene and safety standards Assist with stock control, ordering, and minimising waste Contribute ideas for menus and daily specials What Were Looking For: Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Commis ready to step up Background in contract catering, retail, or high-volume kitchens preferred Passion for fresh food and attention to detail A positive, team-focused attitude Strong organisational and time management skills Whats in it for you?
