This is a great opportunity to join a small, friendly team and work in all sections of the kitchen, producing freshly prepared food to a high standard using the best produce. The role includes supervision of junior chefs and the ability to run a small service in the absence of the Head Chef or Sous Chef. Chefs whites will be provided and laundered. Hours are worked on rostered shifts over five days to include weekends.
