Contract : Full time, Permanent We are currently on the look-out for an enthusiastic and skilled Chef de Partie to join our Kitchen team at The George Hotel in Lichfield. As a Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for running a specific section of the kitchen, preparing high-quality dishes and ensuring that all food meets our high standards. If you are a passionate chef who thrives in a fast-paced environment then this could be the perfect opportunity for you to join our team. You will have knowledge of kitchen operations, food preparation techniques, and cooking methods and the ability to communicate with other members of the kitchen team to ensure the smooth operation of the kitchen. This is a full time role working 40 hours over 5 days, including weekends and evenings.
