About You and The Role As a Chef de Partie at The Newman, you will: Run a section during service with consistency and care Prepare and present dishes to a high standard, following our recipes and style Support the Executive Chef and Executive Sous Chef with day-to-day prep and kitchen organisation Work cleanly and safely, maintaining excellent food hygiene at all times Be a supportive, respectful presence in the kitchen team Be flexible and available to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and bank holidays With more hotels in the pipeline, this is an exciting time to join a growing hospitality brand where your career can flourish.
