Chef de Partie (main kitchen) is required for a fresh food kitchen inBury St Edmunds area, salary depending on expeirence £30-32k + tips for the chef de partie. This kitchen c ook everything fresh and has a great standard, they even doo there own butchery as well.
The role The chef de partie will run a section in the kitchen, cooking fresh food to a great standard. You will do the prep for your fridge, ensure your fridge is ready for service and cook in service. You will ensure the food hitting the pass is to a great standard. This role will include all the normal chef de partie duties
experience We are looking for a chef de partie (main kitchen) with a fresh food background, great knife skills and able to work in a busy kitchen.
