Our Chef de Partie Requirements:
As Chef de Partie you must have at least 2 years experience in a high-end dining establishment.
A proven ability to run a section efficiently and confidently.
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
A keen eye for detail and the ability to consistently deliver excellence under pressure.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Right to work in the UK.
