What Were Looking For
Were interested in methodical, organised chefs with experience cooking for high volumes while maintaining exceptional standards. A natural flair, creativity, and passion for cooking are essential in this role.
Ideal candidates will have:
At least 2 years experience in a professional kitchen, with exposure to various sections

A commitment to continuous improvement, operational efficiency, and delivering exceptional service

The ability to support senior chefs and contribute to the success and profitability of the department

Strong knowledge of food preparation, safety, and presentation standards

Availability:
The position is full time : 5 days from 7. The normal hours of work are 45 per week .
Full flexibility to work evenings and weekends is essential to meet the commercial needs of the business.
