Serving up to 450 covers on busy days , the restaurant forms part of a successful and expanding group with two established sites and a third opening next year . We are seeking a skilled Chef de Partie with a passion for Spanish flavours and tapas-style cooking , eager to grow within a dynamic kitchen team.
