Our client is seeking an experienced Chef with an enthusiastic, creative flair for food and service to join their team working as Chef de Partie.The team of 4 chefs run a busy kitchen catering for approximately 100 covers for lunch and 40 covers for dinner in the summer (quieter in the winter). The business has various restaurant facilities including a bar/restaurant and private function rooms. In the height of the summer menus offer traditional fast paced gastropub style dining, where as winter see the arrival of shoot parties, private functions and more relaxing wholesome winter warmers. The Inn has a stunning location set in the Exmoor National Park, offers guests well presented letting rooms and features high quality modern cuisine. The menu is prepared from the very finest fresh produce from the local area and not surprisingly the restaurant has various awards.
You will work 5 days per week Flexible shifts (straight and splits) Benefit from comfortable en-suite live-in on site Salary £28,000 pa Negotiable Own transport an advantage.
