Set right on the bank of the Thames, The Bell and Crown is a country pub in the city. It has just reopened after a refurb and the customers are loving it! It serves fresh food and real ales to a diverse Chiswick crowd, and maintains a warm, welcoming atmosphere. The kitchen has a stable Head Chef and due to the increased food sales after the refurb the kitchen team needs some additional people. What we look for in a Chef de Partie: Someone who will take pride in preparing fresh food made from seasonal, local ingredients. Support and work alongside talented chefs. Interest in learning new cooking techniques and putting ideas into dishes. An excellent team player with a positive attitude. Happy to work in a fast-paced environment. Passion for fresh produce.
