We are looking for talented Chef de Partie with two years experience in a similar establishment You will either specialise in pastry or will be involved in our exciting new concept running in Grey's, our second restaurant. Don't miss this opportunity to join Ricki Weston and his dedicated team in our state-of-the-art kitchen as they continue to evolve our English Heritage menu. Working a 4-day week, our team also benefit from birthday paid leave and unusually for this sector, quality time off at Christmas as we close for 3 days!

The role:
As Chef de Partie, you will be running a station, with the opportunity to collaborate across all our dining options, working closely with suppliers, offering an eclectic mix of chef menus, small plate concept and 5-star afternoon teas. With endless opportunities for personal growth and culinary development, we look to promote from within wherever possible - Typically around 20 internal promotions across the hotel per year.
