TITLE: Chef De Partie
COMPANY PROFILE:
This well-established venue set in the heart of Suffolk, is part of a renowned estate producing the best dishes using the finest ingredients.
The estate has multiple properties hosting customers looking for the very best in quality and skill put on a plate. You will be working under an award winning Head Chef and team as well as working with Michelin Chefs on pop ups on the estate.
THE POSITION:
As the Chef De Partie chosen for this position you will need to have experience in cooking fresh produce to a rosette standard. You will be expected to work closely with the executive & head chef and Sous Chefs to assist with the day to day running of the kitchen, running your given section, and maintain the existing high standards.
The team here all share a true passion for what they do, the food they produce and this is an ethos any chef joining the team needs to share.
As Chef De Partie your responsibilities will include:
Ability to oversee the running of your given section to the highest standards
Understanding of optimising local seasonal produce
Menu development
Training & progression of junior team members
Completion of due diligence
BENEFITS:
- Up to £37,000 per annum
- Meals on duty
- Working 48 hours per week
- Typically a 4 day working week but with the flexibility to work a 5 day week dependent on the needs of the business (always a 48 hour week)
