As our Chef de Partie, you will be a key player in our kitchen, helping to prepare and present high-quality dishes. This role is ideal for someone passionate about fresh, local produce and eager to develop their culinary skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Food Preparation: Prepare and cook dishes to the highest standards.
• Menu Development: Contribute ideas for menu design and weekly specials.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Head Chef and the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations.
• Quality Control: Maintain high standards of food hygiene and safety.

Ideal Candidate:

• Experience: Previous experience as a Chef de Partie is preferred, but we welcome passionate cooks ready to step up.
• Passion for Food: A genuine love for cooking and creating dishes from fresh, local produce.
• Team Player: Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
• Creativity: Enthusiasm for contributing to menu ideas and specials.
