Chef De Partie

We're looking for a passionate and skilled Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team, responsible for preparing, cooking, and, where required, supervising the delivery of menu items to the highest standards. You will play a key part in ensuring a smooth kitchen operation, maintaining efficiency during busy periods, and contributing to an outstanding customer dining experience.

What you'll be doing: Prepare, cook, and present food in line with menu specifications, ensuring quality and consistency at all times

Manage and maintain control of a designated kitchen station

Ensure food is served promptly and efficiently, particularly during peak service times

Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across kitchen and work areas

Ensure compliance with all Food Safety, HACCP, allergen, and Health & Safety procedures

Engage in coaching and mentoring of junior or trainee chefs where required

Promote teamwork, flexibility, and a positive working environment

Support sustainability initiatives and inclusive workplace practices

What you'll need to succeed: Minimum 2 years' experience in a busy kitchen or similar role

Strong knowledge of food preparation, presentation, and current food trends

Good understanding of Health & Safety and Food Hygiene practices

Passion for food and delivering an exceptional customer experience

High standards of personal hygiene and presentation
