Overview

As a Chef de Partie, youll lead your section with confidencebalancing precision and creativity while ensuring every dish is served with care. This is a role for someone who thrives on responsibility, loves the buzz of service, and takes pride in combining flavour with genuine hospitality in a modern, wellbeing-focused setting.
Responsibilities
Support the seamless and effective delivery of the catering provision, maintaining the benchmark for global placemaking experience
Assist with food preparation, cookery and service as directed
Ensure all company and statutory regulations pertaining to health & safety, hygiene & fire are always adhered to.
To work alongside other work streams, e.g. the Curated Experience team to deliver events and experiences
To ensure a standard of personal and general cleanliness and hygiene as to comply with company and statutory regulations
Assist at any special duties or functions which may fall outside of normal working hours
Ensure that all company and client contracts are acted upon in the manner which best serves the company interests
Maintain a happy and helpful manner and attitude throughout your working hours
Ensure only recognised company procedures as outlined in the company manuals are in place at the unit.
Requirements
NVQ Level 2 (or in the process of completing) or equivalent cookery qualification
Eagerness to work in any section in the kitchen across main kitchen, butchery, fish prep and patisserie
High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
Good time management, ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
Customer service skills
Calm and logical, professional mind set
Effective communication skills at all levels
Strong team player with the ability to work independently
Motivated, committed and flexible
