We are currently recruiting for an experienced Chef de Partie to join the brigade, delivering amazing quality dishes using the best fresh produce.

The Person
The ideal Chef de Partie will have the following:
A strong track record working as a Chef de Partie, Senior Chef de Partie or Junior Sous Chef in a high-quality fresh food setting
Experience of working with fresh produce and a passion for the best locally sourced ingredients
Ability to run a section and mentor junior team members
Bags of positivity and a real passion for fresh ingredients
Due to the rural location, having your own reliable transport is essential.
