Job Description:
The Zetland Arms, under the same ownership of the Rose in Deal, is an iconic pub situated in an idilic location at the of the White Cliffs on Kingsdown Beach.
We are now recruiting for the role of Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team, bringing energy and a strong work ethic to a growing brigade.
Successful candidate ideally has at least 1 years experience in a similar capacity, a strong and the drive to lead and train a young kitchen team.
An emphasis on fresh, locally sourced fresh ingredients with a particular focus on fish & seafood.
