The restaurant is popular with the local clientele and serving seasonal Japanease cuisine. The Chef de Partie will be off every Sundays and Mondays. The salary is up to £16 per hour and negotiable, 48 working hours per week and any extra hours worked will be paid as overtime. The last order is at 10.00pm.
