The role

As Chef de Partie, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day running of the kitchen, supporting high standards of food quality, presentation and safety.

Key responsibilities include:

Supporting the Head Chef with daily kitchen operations

Managing mise en place and smooth service delivery

Maintaining food safety, allergen and hygiene standards

Contributing ideas to menu planning and food innovation

Supporting school events and functions

Working collaboratively within a professional kitchen team

About you

Experience as a Chef de Partie or Sous Chef

Background in contract catering, education, or B&I preferred

Passion for fresh, seasonal food

Strong attention to detail and food safety standards

A positive, flexible and proactive team player
