Chef de Partie (main kitchen) and a Pastry chef de partie is required for a busy kitchen inBury St Edmunds area, salary depending on expeirence £30-32k . This kitchen is busy all day, they cook everything fresh and has a great standard. Two positions available - one for the main kitchen and the other for the pastry section.
The role ROLE 1: The chef de partie will run a section in the kitchen, cooking fresh food to a great standard. You will do the prep for your fridge, ensure your fridge is ready for service and cook in service. You will ensure the food hitting the pass is to a great standard. This role will include all the normal chef de partie duties ROLE 2: Pastry chef de partie is required for the pastry section, this is a team of two in pastry. you will make a range of great pastry items. This role will include all the standard pastry chef de partie duties.
experience We are looking for a chef de partie (main kitchen) with a fresh food background, great knife skills and able to work in a busy kitchen. The client also requires a pastry chef de partie for the pastry section.
