Youll take ownership of your section and help deliver fresh, seasonal dishes that meet the highest culinary standards. Youll work alongside an experienced chef, bringing energy, creativity, and precision to every service. Your duties will include. To assist as directed with all aspects of food service preparation and presentation To serve customers in the appropriate manner To ensure that the meals and services comply with the agreed budgetary standard and cost. To ensure your immediate working area is clean and tidy at all times To undertake all aspects in cleaning equipment, walls, fixtures and fittings, pots, pans, cutlery, glassware etc according to cleaning rotas or as required and directed The ideal candidate will be an experienced Chef de Partie or a strong Commis ready to progress and also possess the following qualities A food-first mindset with attention to quality, taste, and presentation Excellent hygiene knowledge and a sharp eye for detail A team-focused attitude with a positive, can-do approach COSHH and Manual handling ISS- Livv Workplace believes that people make places and places make people.
