Support the kitchen team with fresh, seasonal la carte dishes

Maintain excellent food safety, cleanliness, and organisation

Work closely with a small, close-knit team in a relaxed boutique setting

Contribute ideas for menus and daily specials

About You Experience as a CDP or strong Commis ready to step up

Confident in breakfast cookery and comfortable with la carte service

Passionate about fresh ingredients and well-presented dishes

Reliable, organised, and a positive team player

Enjoys working in a quality, independent hotel environment
