The role we are looking for a chef de partie from a fresh food background to run one of the sections in the kitchen. This is a small kitchen and you work on a range of sections and cook what the guests are wanting to be on the menu. This role will include all the normal chef de partie duties. Experience We are looking for a chef de partie with good knife skills, use fresh food, from a rosette background. You will be organised, able to cope with changing menus, creative with fresh produce & good communication skills. Chef de partie Up to around £38,500 per year (£35,500 basic plus tips) Live in @ £300 per month inc bills Cotswolds area Live in if required parking available
