The gastro pub offers British cuisine from an a la carte menu, and they focus only on the produce available in the area, and the passion for fantastic local ingredients includes performing their own in-house butchery.
You must have experience working as a Chef de Partie within a fresh food kitchen, and without this experience your application unfortunately cant be considered.
