The role
As a chef de partie you will run a section in the kitchen, the senior chef de partie will run a core section. 2 roles are available. As a chef de partie and senior chef de partie you will set you section up for service, prep your fridge and cook in service. This role will include all the standard chef de partie duties.

Expeirence
We are looking for chef de parties from a fresh food background,you will have good knife skills and a passion for local produce
