As Chef de Partie, youll be responsible for running your section with confidence, supporting junior chefs and contributing to a menu that balances classic technique with modern presentation.
Youll be working with quality ingredients, sensible covers and systems that allow chefs to cook properly.
This role would suit a CDP from a good hotel or restaurant background who is looking to sharpen their skills in a calm, quality-focused environment, with genuine progression for the right person.
As Chef de Partie you will:
Be expected to work on all sections of the kitchen and you should have a great attitude and willingness to learn new skills
Have solid experience of working in a high-quality kitchen
Be experienced in running your own section
Have the drive and determination to help ensure consistency is maintained throughout
