Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Chef De Partie / Junior Sous Chef at The Offley Arms, located in Madeley. The role entails assisting in food preparation, cooking, and ensuring smooth kitchen operations. Responsibilities include overseeing specific sections of the kitchen, maintaining high standards of food hygiene, collaborating with the kitchen team, and supporting the development of menus. You will also help manage inventory and waste to maintain efficiency and quality standards.


Qualifications

  • Strong Cooking skills and a passion for delivering high-quality dishes
  • Knowledge of food safety and Hygiene standards
  • Excellent Communication skills to work effectively within a team
  • Previous kitchen experience in a similar role is desirable
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
  • Formal culinary education or food-related certifications are a plus
  • Weekday & weekend shifts
