The kitchens focus on fresh, straightforward food, catering for both smaller midweek numbers and busier weekends, as well as functions, buffets, and weddings. Benefits: Salary circa £33,000 4045 hour working week Mostly straight shifts Exposure to multiple kitchens and styles of service Opportunity to develop within a growing group Accessible locations with good transport links In this role, you will work closely with the Head Chef and senior team, supporting the day-to-day running of the kitchen while gaining experience across different sites.
