This is a fantastic opportunity to work in an AA Rosette environment, focusing on fresh, seasonal, and creative Best of British cuisine , using high-quality ingredients sourced from trusted local suppliers. What's on offer: Salary: £34,000 - £36,000 Tronc: Approx. £10,000 per year Hours: 48 hours per week Working pattern: Wednesday to Sunday 3 doubles 2 half days
Meals on duty Supportive, professional kitchen environment with strong leadership The role: As Senior Chef de Partie, you will play a key role in the day-to-day running of the kitchen, working closely with the senior team to deliver consistently high standards. Responsibilities include: Running your own section with confidence and consistency Supporting junior chefs and maintaining high kitchen standards Ensuring quality, presentation, and timing are always on point Contributing to a positive and professional kitchen culture About you: Strong experience as a Chef de Partie or Senior CDP in a quality fresh food kitchen Passion for British cuisine and seasonal ingredients Well-organised, reliable, and able to perform under pressure A team player with a great attitude Due to the rural location, own transport is essential
