We are looking for a passionate Chef de Partie to join the team at a prestigious 4-star hotel in the stunning New Forest . This is an excellent opportunity for a chef who loves working with fresh, seasonal ingredients and wants to develop their skills in a luxury environment.

Key Information

Salary: £29,250 per annum
Hours: 5 days out of 7 (including weekends on rotation)
Contract: Permanent, full-time
Location: New Forest
Accommodation: Live-in available
Cuisine: Fresh, seasonal dishes

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and cook high-quality dishes using fresh ingredients
Support the Sous Chef and Head Chef in daily operations
Maintain high standards of hygiene and food safety
Work effectively as part of a professional kitchen team

Required Skills & Experience

Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Commis ready to step up
Passion for fresh food and creative cooking
Ability to work under pressure in a busy kitchen
Knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards
