As Chef de Partie (Seasonal until Novemeber 2026) at Crerar Hotels, you ll play a key role in our kitchen team, preparing and plating high-quality dishes while supervising junior staff to maintain our high standards. In a fast-paced environment, you ll manage daily kitchen operations, including shift briefings, stock control, and monitoring costs and wastage. Working closely with senior chefs, you ll ensure compliance with all food safety regulations while delivering outstanding culinary experiences for our guests.
