Day time shifts Every other weekend off Talented Head Chef As Chef De Partie, you will help to deliver consistently high standards, the nature of the business means that most of the work is production focused. However, you will still be working with the finest ingredients to create modern dishes, taking inspiration from different cuisines, for UHNW clientele. The role of Chef De Partie: Play a vital role in crafting innovative dishes for of high-profile clients. Work with the Head Chef and Founder to develop and maintain the highest standards of quality and presentation. We are looking for a Chef De Partie who: Has experience as a Demi Chef or Chef De Partie in quality catering environments, ideally with a mixture of cuisines. Possesses excellent organisational and communication skills. Has availability to work 5 days out of 7 days (straight shifts). Is flexible to meet the needs of changeable requirements.
