We are recruiting on behalf of a luxury, family-owned country house hotel set within beautiful Hertfordshire countryside just outside London. Our client is seeking a passionate Chef de Partie to join their brasserie kitchen team, delivering high-quality, modern dishes in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.
This role is ideal for a skilled and motivated chef who takes pride in consistency, presentation, and delivering an elevated dining experience.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and present high-quality dishes within a brasserie-style kitchen
Work across multiple sections, ensuring smooth service delivery
Maintain consistency, quality, and attention to detail at all times
Support cost control and efficient kitchen operations
Collaborate with the wider kitchen and service teams
About You
NVQ Level 2/3 in Professional Cookery or equivalent experience
Minimum 2 years experience as a Chef de Partie in a high-end or luxury setting
Strong knowledge of modern and classical cooking techniques
Confident working across multiple kitchen sections
Organised, reliable, and able to perform under pressure
Passionate about delivering high-quality brasserie cuisine
