The Role: * Work closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef * Prepare and present high-quality dishes using fresh, local produce * Contribute to menu development and bring your pastry skills to the table * Support and mentor Commis Chefs * Maintain high standards of cleanliness and food safety ________________________________________ ?? What We're Looking For: * Previous experience in a similar chef role * Strong skills in pastry and fresh food preparation * Creativity and a passion for seasonal cooking * Great communication and teamwork * NVQ or equivalent is a bonus, but not essential * Own transport is essential due to location ________________________________________ ??
