Candidate Profile As Chef de Partie Baker , you will oversee the night production of all bakery items and breads. You will collaborate with other departments t to maintain smooth operations and ensure quality and consistency. You will assist in managing the operation, including stock control, budgetary management, and health and safety. Your role involves leading by example, inspiring your team through training and setting high standards of excellence. note this is a 24 hour kitchen operation. Key Requirements The ideal candidate would be able to demonstrate the following attributes: Previous experience within Bakery section at a senior level for a luxury level environment preferred Experience with baking and patisserie to a high level of expertise and creativity preferred Food Hygiene Level 3 preferred although not essential for commencement as will be certified with the Company Excellent command of the English language Please note this role requires an element of manual handling and on occasion heavy lifting Please note this role requires to work overnight shifts In return We believe in recognising and valuing the contributions of our team members.
