ABOUT THE ROLE Under the guidance of Head Chef, Tom Childs, Chefs de Partie will be responsible for the timely production and presentation of food in their section. As a Chef de Partie you will assist and deputise for the Sous Chef in their absence and support the development of more junior chefs.
