Assist with simple baking such as scones, cakes, and traybakes
Maintain high standards of food hygiene and cleanliness
Help with food preparation and stock rotation
Work efficiently during busy breakfast and lunch periods
Requirements:

Experience working in a café, coffee shop, or similar kitchen
Ability to prepare fresh food quickly and consistently
Knowledge of food hygiene and kitchen safety
Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a small tea
