Temporary School Cook & Chef\n\nLocation :Birmingham & West Midlands area\n\nShifts :Mon – Fri 7-3 / 8-4pm\n\nSalary : £16.00ph\n\nWe a seeking a number of experience Chef and Cooks to work with us on a temporary basis to support our clients around the Birmingham & West Midlands area.\n\nRole Overview: As Chef or Cook, you’ll be responsible for managing day-to-day catering operations, leading a team, ensuring compliance, and driving service standards. You’ll work closely with Business Manager and staff to deliver high-quality, cost-effective catering solutions.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n·Oversee all aspects of catering service delivery\n\n·Preparing and cooking nutritious meals for customers\n\n·Manage and motivate kitchen and front-of-house teams\n\n·Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health & safety regulations\n\n·Monitor budgets, stock control, and supplier relationships\n\n·Liaise with clients to tailor menus and service to their needs\n\n·Drive continuous improvement and customer satisfaction\n\nRequirements:\n\n·Proven experience in a catering management role\n\n·Strong leadership and organisational skills\n\n·Excellent communication and client-facing abilities\n\n·Knowledge of food hygiene and health & safety standards\n\n·Flexibility to work across multiple sites or events if required\n\nWhat We Offer:\n\n·Competitive salary\n\n·Supportive team environment\n\n·Varied and rewarding role with autonomy\n\nIf you’re passionate about great food, team leadership, and delivering outstanding customer experiences, we’d love to hear from you.\n\nInterested = Please send your CV
