About the Role We are recruiting experienced Chefs to join a busy aviation catering unit supporting airline meal production. This is a high-volume kitchen environment where consistency, quality, and compliance are key.

Key Responsibilities Preparing meals in line with airline specifications Working in a high-volume production kitchen Maintaining high food quality and presentation standards Ensuring strict adherence to food hygiene and safety regulations Supporting kitchen operations and meeting production targets

Requirements Previous experience as a Chef or Cook in a fast-paced environment Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Strong understanding of food safety xehkeey and hygiene standards Team player with good communication skills Must be able to pass aviation security checks (5-year referencing & RTW)
