I'm working exclusively with a well-established, highly regarded planning consultancy to recruit a Chartered Town Planner to join their growing team.

This is an excellent opportunity to work for a consultancy known for delivering high-profile, complex projects across residential, mixed-use and strategic development. You'll be part of a collaborative, supportive environment where professional development and progression are genuinely encouraged.

The Role:

Managing and supporting a range of planning applications and appeals
*

Providing planning advice to clients and project teams
*

Working on strategic and development-led planning projects
*

Engaging with local authorities, stakeholders and consultants
*

Supporting junior team members where appropriate

About You:

*

MRTPI qualified (or very close to chartership)
*

Experience in private consultancy or a development-led planning environment
*

Strong written and verbal communication skills
*

Commercially aware with a proactive approach to problem solving
