If you want exposure to nationally significant programmes with structured career progression behind you, this is worth a conversation.\n\nThe Role\nAs a Chartered Quantity Surveyor, you'll sit within multidisciplinary project teams providing pre-contract and post-contract commercial services across a diverse portfolio of infrastructure schemes. Depending on your experience and interests, your responsibilities will include:\n\nCost planning, estimating, and commercial advice at early project stages including RIBA and OGC Gateway frameworks\nProcurement strategy, tendering, and NEC / JCT contract administration\nCost control, change management, and client reporting during delivery phases\nFinal account negotiation and commercial close-out\nCollaborative working with clients, project managers, and technical teams to deliver best-in-class outcomes\nMentoring junior quantity surveyors within your team and the wider businessAbout You\n\nMRICS qualified, ideally chartered within the last four to six years\nBackground in consultancy or client-side commercial management within infrastructure, utilities, or transportation\nConfident working knowledge of NEC and JCT contract suites\nStrong commercial acumen with proven client-facing capability\nAmbitious and motivated, with a genuine desire to progress within a leading consultancy environment\nBased within a comfortable commute of Central LondonWhy This Consultancy?\nThis isn't just another consultancy role.
