The Role:
Deliver a variety of building surveying services, with a focus on technical excellence and client satisfaction. Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring value for money and adherence to quality, health, and safety standards. Work closely with multiple stakeholders, providing expert advice and building strong relationships. Hybrid working arrangement, giving you flexibility to split your time between home and the office. Salary dependent on experience (DOE) to reflect your skills and track record. What We're Looking For:
Degree in Building Surveying (or related discipline) and MRICS status. Proven technical delivery experience and strong knowledge of JCT contracts. Project management expertise and consultancy background. Client-facing skills and the ability to prioritise workload effectively. Why Apply?
