Channel Sales Manager – Programmatic Partnerships | Central London | Full-Time

We're working with a fast-growing adtech business that has built something genuinely different in the cookieless targeting space. They're expanding their partnerships team and looking for a commercially driven Channel Sales Manager to join them in Central London.

The opportunity

You'll take ownership of a portfolio of platform and data relationships — opening new ones, growing existing ones, and consistently delivering against revenue targets. It's a hunting and farming role in equal measure, covering the full sales cycle from prospecting and pitching through to closing, onboarding, and ongoing growth.

You'll be expected to build and manage your own pipeline, forecast accurately, and bring in new business with a level of autonomy. This is a quota-carrying position and the expectation is that you'll hit it.

You'll also have a seat at the table internally, with your market knowledge feeding directly into product and commercial strategy.

Your background

This role suits someone who has built their commercial career in programmatic partnerships or supply-side sales and has a track record of delivering against targets in a client or partner-facing role.

Critically, you'll have direct experience selling into SSPs — you understand how they're structured, what commercial conversations look like with their teams, and how to position a solution in a way that lands. Familiarity with DSPs and curators would also be an advantage.

You're confident prospecting from cold, comfortable presenting at senior level, and know how to move deals forward without losing momentum. You manage your own time well, keep your pipeline in good shape, and don't need to be chased for updates.
