DEPARTMENT - BBC Studios, Operations
LOCATION: London - TVC
PROPOSED SALARY RANGE: £53,000 - £60,000 depending on relevant skills, knowledge and experience. Plus London Weighting Allowance £5,441. The expected salary range for this role reflects internal benchmarking and external market insights.

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

The Operations Manager will oversee channel operations and distribution, ensuring a high-quality resilient service for partners and viewers.

This role is responsible for performance monitoring, incident management, supplier governance and the development of service improvements. It also partners with internal teams to capture and analyse channel service requirements into technical solutions, ensuring the design and delivery of scalable solutions that enable new business opportunities.
